The Coffee Behind Every Cup
For our milk-based drinks and filter, we use Fazenda Mío from Fireheart Coffee, a speciality roaster built by coffee lovers, for coffee lovers. Behind Fireheart is a team that includes a licensed Q-grader, a hospitality veteran, and a roasting wizard from New Zealand — all obsessed with making every single cup exceptional. Their philosophy, which they call Living Coffee, goes beyond taste: they ensure farmers earn a true living wage and work directly with farming communities to support sustainable futures.
Fazenda Mío comes from Brazil and is everything a great coffee should be. Smooth, easy-drinking, and deeply satisfying, with rich notes of milk chocolate, macadamia, and fig jam. It’s the kind of cup that feels like a warm hug
